Wasatch Estates is a small neighborhood in Logan on Wasatch Drive off of 1200 North and 300 East. First is the date when it was built, as home were built from 1977 to 1984, with many of them having updates added since original construction. Proximity to local businesses is very high, making the location great for walking and biking to town.
