Willow West, as I said above, is a medium sized neighborhood with over 50 properties meaning you can always find a couple homes for sale in the area. One thing to keep in mind about this neighborhood is the location. It's close to 10th west meaning it might get a little noisy depending on how close to the main road you get.
Because of the location and acreage, homes are all priced well under $200,000 making Willow West a great neighborhood if you're looking for cheaper homes. You won't find a property with more than 0.24 acres which is good for yard maintenance for those who don't enjoy mowing acres and acres of grassland.
If you have kids attending kindergarten up to 5th grade they will attend Woodruff Elementary School, which is a descent sized school with about 550 students. It's a good school just like all of Logan's schools. You will find a teacher to student ratio of 26:1, which is in line with the Utah average.
