These homes are all under $300,000 providing great prices for those looking to live comfortably without a huge house payment. One thing to keep in mind is the differences in markets. 

Real estate markets across the state of Utah are split up into two sections. Homes under the $300,000 market and more specifically homes under $200,000 are in a more competitive atmosphere than higher priced homes. With the amount of first time home buyer's in the market today, don't think you can wait on a property that's priced competitively.

General Information

Ogden is one of the largest cities in Northern, Utah. In fact, with a population of more than 82,000 people, Ogden trades places form the 7th to the 8th largest city in the entire state depending on the year. With one of the largest populations, Ogden provides some excellent properties throughout the city.

Although there aren't many, Ogden has it's fair share of million dollar homes and luxury properties for those in the upper price ranges. For those looking to be more subtle, Ogden has a wide range of starter homes for first time home buyers, and those looking to downgrade during this tough economy.
