Eagle View homes in Providence Utah provide excellent custom built homes and one of a kind views of the Cache Valley. Depending on your choice of location, you can see the entire westside mountain range from the porch or balcaony. One thing is for sure, Eagle View has everything a home buyer could ask for. 

Currently, there are around 50-60 homes in the area and a few building lots still available. And, as I mentioned above, if you don't see a home you like, you can always build your own. Building lots start at $59,000 and go up to $94,000 for the best views. 

The neighborhood is still undergoing construction with homes built from 1999 to today. A great feature of the neighborhood is location and the quite streets. Most of the homes sit off the main roads in a cul-de-sac providing saefty from traffic for the kids. This location is one of a kind and the best attribute has got to be the amazing views. Schools And Market Reports

If you're worried about the quality of schools of this Providence neighborhood, don't be. The younger kids from kindergarten to 5th grade will attend Providence Elementary with a student to teacher ratio of 1:26. The school is located just a short distance on 93 E center street, about half a mile.

Middle school children will attent Spring Creek Jr. High with a student to teacher ratio of 1:23. High school students from grades 9-12 will attend Mountain Crest High School. Mountain Crest is an awesome school with some really nice newly built facilities. If you're kids are into sports or music, Mountain Crest has some very nice programs.
