With very few properties in this Logan neighborhood you will be hard pressed to find the perfect property. However, there are a couple homes available as you can see above. Properties are all single family homes on small acreage providing a limited choice when it comes to buying. This neighborhood is rather small with less than 100 properties all in all. Located in south Logan near Highway 89, getting in and out of the area is a breeze. If you work or are looking for a job in the South end of town, Country Manor would be a great place to find a home under $200,000.
Being so close to the highway there may be an issue with noise, and this could hurt resale value. A few things to be aware of, Logan City is continuing to develop the south end of town meaning this neighborhood could change in the future. There may be some industrial developments planned, new suburbs, and even condo's.
If you have kids the schools in Logan area all very good, and you shouldn't have to worry to much about finding a great school. The elementary school is Woodruff, which provides classes for k-5. There are about 550 students that attend the school with a 1:21 student to teacher ratio, which is also the Utah average.
