Properties in Cottonwood Cove are all very similar, I mean so similar, they are all almost exactly alike! Just about every home is a split/entry type property as I said above, with very little wiggle room in the sizes. All homes are between 1,800 and 1,900 square feet. Although all the homes look the same on the outside, they do provide great values, and you can be confident that this Logan neighborhood isn't going to move much on prices. Home values should remain stable in the area as there isn't much that can change.
Neighborhood Information
The Cottonwood Cove neighborhood has approximately 20 homes which means you won't find more than a couple homes for sale at any given time. The greatest quality of this neighborhood would be location. Located just off of Golf course road means you can be on the fairway hitting some golf balls within just a few minutes. The community itself is rather quiet, off of the beaten path, and will remain the same as it is today as all developments in the area are pretty much finished.
With all homes priced under $200,000, Cottonwood Cove is a great place for first time home buyers or even those looking to get out of the rental market. These smaller homes are a great upgrade from an apartment, and with very small yards; from 0.14 acres to 0.27 acres, you won't have to struggle to much with yard maintenance.
For those with younger children, the kids will be attending Woodruff Elementary school, which is a great school providing classes from kindergarten up to 5th grade. There are just over 550 students with a teacher to student ratio of 1:21, and just like all Logan Schools, Woodruff will provide a great place for your kids to learn.

It's always a good idea to be conscious of the ability to resale a home before you buy, and this may be the only problem with the Cottonwood Cove neighborhood.
