#1 - $22.9 Million - 10282 North Summit View Drive Deer Valley, Utah

mls_1008681_640

Coming it at the top spot is this incredible home listed by Lynn C Fillmore with Town & Country Apollo Properties. Another property located in Deer Valley, but this is not your usual suspect. The most expensive home in Utah is located a top the mountain with 360 degree panoramic views of the entire area without another property in sight for miles. This home has been listed for a total of 40 days listed in January of this year.

So what does the #1 most expensive home in Utah have to offer? First off, for a ski lover, it's an absolute dream. The entire 17,000 square foot home comes with radiant heat throughout.  The floors are made of European steonework and tile reclaimed from Europe's finest ancient manors. The stained glass and wood work were restored from century's old churches in the seven master suites. With multiple hearth rooms, great rooms, and the 10 car heated garage, amenities are in abundance.

For example, imagine sitting in your 15 seat theater room next to a large wine cellar with a state of the art fitness center just down the hallway on the way to your indoor spa! Want billiards and a game room? You got it. Oh, and did I mention you have the only ski access to both Deer Crest and the Deer Valley ski resort? It doesn't get much better than this! Except, it does. The home itself sits on top of it's own mountain. Yes, you are on the top of the mountain. A king of kings, this Utah luxury home is the best we have to offer, and rightly so.

Features:

  • 17,000 Square Feet
  • 7 Bedrooms
  • 11 Bathrooms
  • 3 Floors
  • 3.41 Acres
