Sunset Vista Park Homes: Logan Utah Neighborhood Real Estate Updates

Sunset Vista Park is a small neighborhood located about a block North of Logan Golf & Country Club. The West side of the neighborhood backs up to the 9th fairway with great views looking over to the Country Club. The South side backs up to the 18th hole providing views of Logan Canyon, Cliffside, and South Cache Valley.

 

Homes in Sunset Vista Park range from $190,000 up to $360,000. Price in this subdivision ranges so wildly due to the home styles. Some of the homes are larger over 4,000 square feet, with others in the 1,500 square foot range. The homes sitting directly on the golf course will obviously be more than a home sitting on the North road of Saddle Hill Drive. 

If you're looking for a home on the Golf Course near Lundstrom Park, Sunset Vista Park is a great place to start. You may also want to check out the River Crossing Condos. These Condos are on the Logan River Golf Course, a course that's located in South Logan.
