Summerfield Homes: Logan Utah Neighborhood Real Estate Updates

Summerfield is one of many small neighborhoods located just behind the Logan Regional Hospital to the East on 1260 North and 600 East. To get to the Summerfield area, go up 1200 North until you hit 600 East, and head north up to 660 East. Summerfield is a planned retirement community with properties accessible for 55 and older residents.

 

Summerfield homes in Logan Utah range from $140,000 up to $225,000 depending on the size of the lot and the square footage of the home. Homes in Summerfield were built from 1991 to 1993 with properties ranging from 1,200 square feet up to 3,000 square feet.
