2010 Average days on market

Average Days on Market for Logan Utah residential real estate in 2010 from 01/01-10/31/2010 is: 119

The Average days on market for October 2010 decreased 18% from August and September 2010. This shows that homes in Logan Utah, on average, sold faster in October than the previous two months.  The current average “on the market” time for 2010 is four months.

2010 Average Sold Price

Average sold price for Logan residential real estate in 2010 from 01/01-10/31/2010 is: $149,628

The October 2010 Logan Real Estate market has seen a 10% increase in the average sold price from the previous month. This is a good indication that higher priced homes sold during October, and they helped to push the average sold price up.  Hopefully, this trend will continue through the rest of the year.

2010 Total Homes Sold

Total Yearly Residential Sales 01/01-10/31/2010: 327

Through October 31, 2010 the Logan housing market has sold on average 32.7 homes per month. This number is down from 34.4 homes per month through September 2010. The total number of homes sold dropped significantly from September to October. Even though the average sold price went up, we are seeing fewer homes sold. 

2010 Average Price per Square Foot

Logan Utah average price per square foot 01/01-10/31/2010: $81

The average price per square foot through October 31, 2010 was $81.00. The average price per square foot decreased by $5.00 from October to September 2010. However, overall the prices have remained fairly steady for most of the year.  Let’s look at the numbers and how they are affecting the kind of home you can get today.

At $81 a square foot you would pay $202,500 for a 2,500 Sq. FT home (2,500 x $81 =$202,500.)
