2010 Average days on market

Average Days on Market for Logan Utah residential real estate in 2010 from 01/01-10/31/2010 is: 119
The Average days on market for October 2010 decreased 18% from August and September 2010. This shows that homes in Logan Utah, on average, sold faster in October than the previous two months. The current average “on the market” time for 2010 is four months.
2010 Average Sold Price

Average sold price for Logan residential real estate in 2010 from 01/01-10/31/2010 is: $149,628
The October 2010 Logan Real Estate market has seen a 10% increase in the average sold price from the previous month. This is a good indication that higher priced homes sold during October, and they helped to push the average sold price up. Hopefully, this trend will continue through the rest of the year.
2010 Total Homes Sold
