Mount Logan subdivision is a large area on top of Cliffside, one of Logan's largest neighborhoods on the east bench. You can reach Mount Logan by following Center Street all the way up the hill following Mountain Road on 25 North. Mount Logan is considered part of Cliffside and is not hard to find, and provides great views of the surrounding Cache Valley Mountains. Although most homes in the area are older, there are a few new Logan homes as you go higher up the hill.

Mount Logan homes for sale are priced from $150,000 up to $500,000 depending on the location, amount of square footage, and how large the parcel of land the property sits on. Home prices vary so wildly due to many factors, one of which would be the year the home was built. Homes on Mountain Road were built from the 1970's up to the year 1999. 

If you're looking for homes with a lot of acreage, Mount Logan, as well as the whole Cliffside area, would not be a great choice. Homes, on average, are on very small lots. For example, most homes in the community are built on lots between 0.16 acres to 0.20 acres. Although the lots are smaller, you can still find large homes with over 4,500 square feet, though you will have to pay a premium price, as homes on Cliffside are some of the most luxurious in all of Logan, UT. 

Homes on Mountain Road and Mount Logan Subdivision area great places to purchase a home. Cliffside is one of the most popular neighborhoods in all of Cache Valley. The location is prime on the East Bench, the views are top notch as you can see the whole valley, and is home to some of the most luxurious homes in Northern, Utah. Another advantage is the air quality, as the cliff is higher up in the atmosphere above the fog level.

  • Over the last 5 years there have been 61 homes sold. 
  • Out of those 16 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $136,729 with the highest priced at $211,850 and an average price of $174,158. 
  • The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 62 days.

  • Over the last year since 2009 there have been 63 homes sold. 
  • Out of those 63 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $65,500 with the highest priced at $485,000 at an average price of $173,377.
  • The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 175 days.

It's a well known fact that the Cliffside area in Logan, Utah is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Cache Valley. Homes in Cliffside are some of the most luxurious Logan Utah real estate listings we have, however, there are still a lot of homes in the area which are priced under $200,000. So, no matter if you're a first time home buyer or looking to move up to the higher end homes in Logan Utah, Mount Logan subdivision would be a great choice.
