Trends in the 2010 residential real estate market are showing that homes are staying on the market longer before they are sold. Homes are taking on average 40 days longer to sell in September 2010 as they did in January 2010. Average market time for a home is a minimum of 6-8 months.
2010 Average Sold Price

The September 2010 Logan Real Estate market has seen a 9% increase in the average sold price since January 2010. The prices stayed steady through the first six months of the year, and increased slightly at the end of the summer buying season.
