Hidden Village & Sumac Drive: Logan Utah Neighborhoods & Real Estate

Homes For Sale In Hidden Village Logan UT - Hidden Village is located on Logan's Island neighborhood next to the Logan River. Although hidden behind lush vegetation, the Hidden Village subdivision provides some great views of surrounding neighborhoods. One of the best features in the area is location. Although close to the inner city, Hidden Village is a quiet as it sits against lower Cliffside, and is hidden as the name implies by a plethora of mature trees. 

Hidden Village is fully developed with homes built from the 1960's to 1999. Home prices range depending on location, year built, and of course the size of the home. Price start at the low 150's and go up to $500,000. The reason prices range to much is, some of the newer homes built in the area are on large parcels of property facing the river. Waterfront properties come with a premium in price, and Hidden Village is no different. 

Hidden Village is made of four separate areas: Sumac Drive & Thrushwood Drive Homes, Fox Farm, & Conifer Place Homes. Each road has it's own housing styles, yet most homes in the area are made up of 2-story conventional's & ranch ramblers. All kids attend Wilson Elementary school, Mount Logan Middle School, and Logan High School.

Out of those 15 homes sold, the lowest priced home was $65,000 with the highest at $540,000, and an average price of $280,093.
