Greenfield Village is located close to 1400 North providing great access to many of Logan's local businesses, yet the neighborhood still provides safe harbor from busy streets. These Logan Utah homes for sale are just a block away from Sam's Club, The Olive Garden, and a local park with 3 baseball diamonds. Utah State University is only a 5 minute drive making this subdivision great for students and a great place to buy a home.
Greenfield Village homes for sale are priced reasonably from $140,000 to $200,000 depending mainly on the size and the age of the property. These homes are located within city limits, so location doesn't have a large factor on the price. Homes were built from 1987 up to 1998 and sit on lots from 0.17 to 0.29 acres. Square footage varies from 1,100 to 2,900 square feet. You will find homes from 2 to 5 bedrooms with 2 to 4 bathrooms and most homes have a 2 car garage providing up to 4 parking spaces.
The neighborhood itself is quite normal in all aspects, nothing truly spectacular. There are a lot of trees but they aren't as large as some other Logan neighborhoods. Homes are all priced under $200,000 making the neighborhood very affordable. There is a large park sitting just behind the neighborhood which is great for kids and adults. The park has 3 large baseball diamonds, an open area, and plenty of parking for a family reunion.
Housing styles in Greenfield Village include 2-story homes, Ranch/Rambler's, and Tri/Multi Level properties. Homes are all very similar without a lot of customization. Many of the homes have basements, although not all of them are fully finished. This would allow you to negotiate a descent price and maybe provide a little wiggle room for some updates after closing.
