Green Meadows Homes: Logan Utah Neighborhoods & Real Estate Updates

Green Meadows is a large neighborhood located off of 600 South in South Logan. You can reach the area by following 10th West until you hit Mendon Road (600 South) and go West until you hit 1250 West. The area is so large it spans from 1250 West up to 1600 West. Green Meadows is one of the largest subdivisions in Logan, UT with more than 100 homes and many of them are new Logan homes.

 

Green Meadows homes for sale are priced between $130,000 and go up to $200,000. Prices vary so wildly due to many factors, one of which is the year the home was built. Being one of the larger communities within Logan City, construction started in 1998 and finished ten years later in 2008.

Homes are on parcels of land that range from .18 acres up to .28 acres, which is a pretty standard size for the Cache Valley area. Price has a lot to do with the amount of square footage of the inside of the home as well as the size of the lot. Housing styles remain the same as most of Cache Valley homes being predominately Ranch/Rambler and Split Level homes. 

Green Meadows had many builders but the construction company who built most homes was Kartchner, a well known company here in the Logan area. Homes are of high quality with many newer homes to choose from providing an excellent array of properties. Although the community is one of the larger developments in our County, there aren't any business roads to close by providing a quiet atmosphere for local residents. 

Green Meadows Real Estate Statistics

• Over the last 5 years there have been 61 homes sold. 
• Out of those 16 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $136,729 with the highest priced at $211,850 and an average price of $174,158. 
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 62 days.

Woodruff Elementary School Real Estate Statistics

• Over the last year since 2009 there have been 107 homes sold. 
• Out of those 107 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $60,000 with the highest priced at $209,900 at an average price of $146,002.
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 100 days.
