Equestrian Estates Homes: Logan Utah Neighborhood Real Estate Updates

Posted by Lisa Udy on Wednesday, October 27th, 2010 at 12:40pm.

Equestrian Estates is named for one reason, horse properties. This small neighborhood is located off of 10th west and 350 South. Equestrian Estates is a planned development with animal zoning allowing residents to own their furry creatures while still residing within city limits.

Many of the homes for sale in Equestrian Estates come with large enough parcels of land for out buildings, dog runs, and extra room for an RV or trailers. If you have all the extra toys such as four wheelers, snowmobiles, and the like, Equestrian Estates homes allow you to store them with plenty of room for your main vehicles.

Although these properties are zoned for animals, you can't expect to run a ranch. With properties all less than 2 acres, there just isn't enough room for a lot of animals. If you plan on running a dairy or large outfit, you'll definitely have to find another place to reside. To view more homes for sale in Logan Utah with land, follow the link.
