Cliffside Homes: Logan Utah Neighborhoods & Real Estate Statistics

Cliffside is one of Logan's largest neighborhoods consisting of many smaller subdivisions. Cliffside real estate can be found by following East Center street up to Mountain Road. Homes on Cliffside are some of the most beautiful and expensive in all of Cache Valley. The views from a-top the mountain allow you to see miles and miles in every direction. 

If you ask any Logan resident, many of them will say the East Bench is one of the most desirable areas to live within city limits. Because of the desirability of the area, home prices average more than the rest of the city and the homes consist of more luxury properties than any other neighborhoods in Logan. Here are some statistics to show my point:

Cliffside Real Estate Statistics Broken Down By Neighborhood

Canterbury Estates Real Estate:

• Over the last 5 years there have been 6 homes sold. 
• Out of those 6 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $243,500 with the highest priced at $320,000, and an average price of $295,316. 
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 92 days.

Cache Estates Real Estate:

• Over the last 5 years there have been 7 homes sold. 
• Out of those 7 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $425,000 with the highest priced at $675,000, and an average price of $530,600. 
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 221 days.

Quail Bluff Real Estate:

• Over the last 5 years there have been 35 homes sold. 
• Out of those 6 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $219,500 with the highest priced at $681,000, and an average price of $358,861. 
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 169 days.

Red Fox Trace Real Estate:

• Over the last 5 years there have been 2 homes sold. 
• Out of those 6 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $399,900 with the highest priced at $499,900, and an average price of $449,900. 
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 330 days.
