Canyon Hills Homes: Logan Utah Neighborhood Real Estate Updates

Canyon Hills is a small neighborhood located in Logan, Utah on the East Bench just off of 1500 North between 1600 & 1700 East. Canyon Hills provides quick access to Utah State University as it's only a few blocks away. To get to Canyon Hills follow 1400 North from Main street East all the way up the Hill until you reach 1600 East.

 

Homes in Canyon Hills range from $180,000 up to $400,000 depending on the location, the size of the properties lot, and square footage. Prices on the East Bench range widely based on many factors. Some homes are older built in the early 1990's while some homes are newer built in the late 2000's. 

Home styles in Canyon Hills depend on when and who built the property, but mainly range from Split Level to Ranch Rambler homes. There are a lot of homes in the area that are custom built with many upgrades providing some great Logan Luxury homes for potential residents to choose from. 

Canyon Hills Real Estate Statistics:

• Over the last 5 years there have been 9 homes sold. 
• Out of those 2 homes sold the lowest home was priced at $128,500 with the highest priced at $165,500, and an average price of $147,000. 
• The average consecutive days on market for those sold homes was 76 days.

Canyon Hills is a very small and exclusive neighborhood with very few active listings that come on the market.
