Boulevard Homes In Temple View: Logan Utah Real Estate Statistics & Neighborhoods

The Boulevard is located just North of Logan's Island neighborhood in a small subdivision called Temple View. To reach the Boulevard, you can drive East on Center Street from Main Street, and make a left turn on 200 East. The Boulevard is also called Canyon Boulevard in case you get a little confused. 

One of the great aspects of Temple View and the Boulevard is the proximity to Merlin Olsen Park. Merlin Olsen is but a block away, clearly within walking distance, and has some great attributes for summer and winter fun. During the summer, you can enjoy playing on the basketball courts, the softball field, and the playground with swings & fun for the kids.

During the wintertime, Logan City turns the softball field into an ice rink. Living in Cache Valley for all my life, I have fond memories of skating on Merlin Olsen's Ice Rink, and if you buy a home on the Boulevard, you can create your own memories.
