How To Save A Search & Receive Listing Alerts

In order to gain access to our advanced search tools such as saved searches, you must first register. Once you register, you will have access to your private control panel. Once logged in, use the advanced search tool on the right side of the Logan real estate page.

Why save searches?

  Three reasons:

  1. Instead of having to type in the same search over and over, you can use the saved search function to remember your personal searches. 
  2. Saved searches allow you to receive new listing alerts by email every time a new property hits the market matching your search criteria.
  3. Instead of searching numerous websites for properties, the properties will come to your inbox!

Note: You must register with a valid email address in order to receive the listings!

Step 1.

At the bottom of the search panel you will notice the link "Advanced Search." Click the advanced search button and it will take you to the advanced Logan real estate search page. Once on the page, enter your search criteria in the search pane and click "Refine Search." This will take you to a page that looks like this:

In the top right corner, you will see a small yellow box with a link that says "Save This Search." Click that link and you will see a pop-up box. In the pop-up box, type the name of your search, and click "Save Search."

Voila! You will now receive automatic listing alerts based on your saved search criteria! You may modify or delete your saved searches at anytime. All you have to do is click control panel on the top of the screen when logged in, and click on your saved searches.
